Startdeliver is purpose-built for Customer Success. Not a CRM with CS features added on. Not a generic AI tool repurposed for post-sales. **The platform**

Startdeliver covers four core areas:

**Portfolio management.** Every customer in one view. AI Health Assessment, assigned CSMs, renewal dates, expansion signals, custom fields, and activity — all visible without switching tools.

**AI Health Assessment.** Startdeliver assesses every customer automatically and surfaces a plain-language verdict — "Actively Engaged," "At Risk," and so on — along with a trend line and a recommended next action. No manual scoring. No gut feel. The AI reads product usage, experience, and support signals continuously and tells your team exactly where each customer stands and what to do next.

**Projects and success plans.** Structured plans for onboarding, Business Reviews, renewals, and anything else with defined steps and a timeline. Built from reusable templates, tracked to completion.

**Shared Space.** A branded collaboration portal your customers access directly. Share success plans, progress updates, and meeting notes. Keep customers engaged between calls without chasing them over email.

**Jecta — the autonomous CS agent**

Jecta is a separate product that runs on top of Startdeliver. It is an autonomous CS agent that acts on your platform data proactively — reaching out to at-risk customers, flagging expansion opportunities, and handling routine CS tasks without a human in the loop.

Where Startdeliver gives your team the tools to do great CS, Jecta handles the work that would otherwise fall through the cracks. Think of it as the CS team member who works while everyone else sleeps.

**Two types of users**

Startdeliver has two user types. **Admins** configure the workspace — they connect integrations, define health scoring rules, set up custom fields, and manage the team. **Regular users** (CSMs and team members) work in the platform day to day. This documentation notes wherever a feature is admin-only.
