# Weekly digest - Executive Report

**Where to find it:** Apps → Startdeliver Executive Report **Who can access it:** Admins configure. Any team member or external email address can receive it.

***

**What it is**

The Executive Report is a weekly email digest that summarizes the state of your customer portfolio — ARR, health changes, at-risk accounts, onboardings, expansions, contractions, and team activity — sent automatically every week to whoever needs to see it.

<figure><img src="/files/mcaslGmmLD68klpcpQhK" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

It is designed for CS leaders, CEOs, CROs, and founders who want a current pulse on the customer base without logging into the platform. One email, once a week, with everything that matters.

***

**What the report covers**

Each section of the report is configurable — include what's relevant, exclude what isn't.

**ARR** — Total ARR with a bar chart showing the trend over your configured period (6 or 12 months). YTD expansion alongside total customer count.

**Usage health** — Changes in usage health across the portfolio since last week. Which customers improved, which declined, and how the overall distribution has shifted.

**Experience health** — Changes in feedback health. New survey responses that moved customers between Good, Fair, and Poor.

**Support health** — Changes in support health. Tickets opened, resolved, and overdue.

**At-risk customers** — Which customers became At Risk this week. Which customers are no longer At Risk. The change in your at-risk population.

**Onboardings** — Active onboarding customers and their current status.

**Expansions and contractions** — ARR changes from the previous week — new expansion, contraction, and the net movement.

**Team member activity** — What your CSMs did last week — interactions, tasks completed, projects advanced — by individual or team.

***

**Setup**

Go to Apps → Startdeliver Executive Report.

<figure><img src="/files/NN3LvQ56YaxNdq7pEBhV" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

**Enable the report** — toggle on.

**Choose recipients** — select team members from the dropdown, or enter any email address directly. You can send to people outside Startdeliver — a CEO, a board member, a CRO — without them needing a platform account.

**Configure each section** — for each of the six report sections (ARR, Usage, Feedback, Support, At Risk, Onboardings, Expansions), choose whether to include it, whether to show history, and whether to override the default customer filter with a custom one.

**Test before sending** — use Send me a test email to preview exactly what recipients will see before enabling the live report.

***

**Common configurations**

**For a CEO or founder** Enable ARR with 12-month history, At-risk customers, Expansions and contractions. Disable team member activity. Keep it to the business metrics that matter at the top level.

**For a Head of CS** Enable everything — ARR, all health sections, At-risk, Onboardings, Expansions, and team member activity. This is the full picture of the portfolio in one email.

**For a board or investor update** Enable ARR trend and Expansions and contractions only. Clean, revenue-focused, no operational detail.
