What Jecta is
Jecta is an autonomous CS agent that runs on top of your Startdeliver platform. It reads the same customer context and AI assessments your team sees — and then acts on them, proactively, without waiting for a CSM to pick up the task.
Where Startdeliver gives your team the tools and intelligence to do great CS, Jecta handles the work that would otherwise fall through the cracks. The at-risk customer who needed a touchpoint last Tuesday. The expansion signal that sat in the assessment panel for two weeks before anyone actioned it. The onboarding task that was waiting on a customer response that never came.
Jecta does not replace your CS team. It extends what they can do — handling the high-volume, time-sensitive, routine work so your CSMs can focus on the relationships and conversations that genuinely need a human.
What Jecta does
Proactive outreach Jecta identifies customers who need a touchpoint — based on the AI assessment, usage signals, support status, or time since last contact — and reaches out on your team's behalf. The message is personalised to the customer's context. The timing is based on what the data says, not what the CSM's calendar allows.
Risk intervention When a customer shows early churn signals, Jecta acts before the situation escalates. It does not wait for a CSM to notice and find time. It reaches out, surfaces the concern, and works to re-engage the customer while the relationship is still recoverable.
Expansion and advocacy activation Jecta identifies customers who are ready for an upgrade or deep enough in the relationship to be an advocate — and initiates those conversations at the right moment.
Shared Space management Jecta manages and updates Shared Space on behalf of your team — keeping customer-facing content current, responding to activity, and ensuring the collaboration layer stays alive between CSM touchpoints.
Routine CS tasks Check-ins, follow-ups, task reminders, status updates — the high-volume work that every CS team knows needs doing and rarely has time for consistently. Jecta handles this at scale.
How Jecta works
Jecta operates on the same data and context as the rest of Startdeliver. Every action it takes is grounded in the customer's actual situation — not a generic template. It knows the customer's health status, their recent usage, their open support tickets, when your team last contacted them, and what the AI assessment says about where they stand.
Actions taken by Jecta are visible in the customer timeline, so your team always knows what has been sent or done. CSMs can review, adjust, or take over at any point. Jecta operates with autonomy, but your team stays informed.
